How your certificate is delivered

Your Takaful certificate and payment receipt are delivered by email to the contact address you provide at checkout, as PDF attachments.

When you receive it

Card payment: immediately after your payment is confirmed.
Bank transfer: once Seguro has confirmed your transfer was received.

If you don't receive it

Check your spam or junk folder. You can re-send your certificate at any time from the re-send page, or contact us at inboundtravel@seguroinsurance.net / +960 799 0615.
