Terms & Conditions

Inbound travel Takaful provides 30 days of cover for travellers visiting the Maldives, on the Silver or Gold plan. Cover begins on the travel start date you select. Eligibility conditions apply, including age limits and that travellers are not Maldivian nationals. The full scope of cover, benefits, and exclusions is set out in the policy wording.

All prices and transactions are in USD. The total amount payable is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. Seguro is a broker and arranges cover with the underwriter.

Card payments are processed securely by Bank of Maldives; Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Seguro does not store your card details. Bank-transfer orders are issued once Seguro confirms the transfer has been received.

This is a digital product. No goods are shipped. Your certificate and receipt are emailed to the contact address you provide. See our Delivery Policy.

Not applicable. This is a digital insurance certificate; no physical goods are shipped, and no customs duties or import/export restrictions apply.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please retain a copy of your certificate, your payment receipt, and these terms and our policies for your records. You can re-send your certificate at any time from the website.

Claims are arranged with the underwriter, Amana Takaful Maldives Plc. Seguro stands with you at claims. Contact claims@seguroinsurance.net or +960 799 0614 to start a claim.

To the extent permitted by law, Seguro's liability is limited to arranging the cover described in your certificate. These terms are governed by the laws of the Maldives.

This Policy is intended as a summary only. This product, Maldives Inbound Travel Takaful, remains subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the applicable travel insurance policy issued by Amana Takaful Maldives Plc. In the event of any inconsistency, the policy wording issued by Amana Takaful Maldives Plc shall prevail.

Seguro and Amana Takaful Maldives Plc reserve the right to amend this Policy from time to time to comply with legal, regulatory or operational requirements. Any amendments shall apply prospectively and will be published on Seguro's website.
